Q1. 新規団体を作りたい(I want to create a new organization.)
A1.サークルの設立についてお答えいたします。サークル自体は自由に設立していただけます。また、学友会所属を希望される場合は、例年春と秋の2回実施されます新規登録団体審査にエントリーし通過する必要があります。学友会所属団体になっていただくことで、大学施設の利用や全学行事への出展等の支援が受けられるようになります。貴団体の活動の方針に合わせてご検討ください。
(You are free to establish a club itself.However, if you wish to become a Student Union-affiliated organization, you must apply and pass the evaluation of new organization registrations, which is held twice a year, in spring and fall.By becoming a Student Union-affiliated organization, you will receive support, including access to university facilities and participation in university-wide events.Please consider this in light of your organization’s activity goals.)Q2. 学園祭日程公開後にまだ承認されていない企画の「出展方法」について案内してほしい。例)団体企画、模擬店企画、ステージ企画(Please guide the “exhibition methods” for events that have not yet been approved after the university festival schedule is released.)

Q3. 学友会費の振込先を変更したい(I want to change the bank account for Student Union membership fee payments.)A3.口座届変更フォームの提出およぴmanageで提出する口座届を変更してください。(Please submit the account change form and update the account details in manage.)

Q4. manage上での代表者名、会計者名が変更されない(The representative and treasurer names aren’t updating in manage.)
A4. 登録情報変更届をもとに更新しております。変更届の提出をお願いいたします。(We update based on the change form for registration information. Please submit the change form.)

Q5. 学友会費の返金時期を知りたい(I want to know when the Student Union membership fee will be refunded.)
A5.出金依頼書の判子が全て押されたあと、1〜2ヶ月後に返金されます。具体的な日程についてはお問い合わせください。(Refunds will be processed 1-2 months after all required seals are affixed to the withdrawal request form. Please inquire for specific dates.)

Q6. 英語基準学生や短期留学生が加入できるサークルは何ですか？(Which student clubs/circles are open to English-basis students and short-term exchange students?)
