4月3日(水)・4月4日(木)に開催されるウェルカムフェスティバルにて、より多くの新入生・新2回生等に向けて団体に関する情報を発信するため、団体ビラ置き配布を行います。それに伴い、置き配布を行う団体ビラを募集いたします。
団体ビラの置き配布を希望される団体は、下記の【2024年度新歓期OIC団体ビラ置き配布ビラ募集冊子】をよく読み、受付を行っていただくようお願いいたします。

［Information on the call for group leaflets in the distribution of OIC group leaflets placed during the New Welcome Period in 2024］
This is the OIC Branch, the Department of Special Event Team in the Central Administration in the Ritsumeikan Univ. Student Union.
In order to send out information about the organization to as many new students and second-year students as possible at the Welcome Festival on 3 (Wed) and 4 (Thu) April, we will be placing and distributing group leaflets. We are looking for group leaflets to be placed and distributed.
Groups wishing to place and distribute group leaflets are asked to read the following [OIC Group leaflet placement and distribution leaflet application booklet for the New Welcome period 2024] carefully before submitting their application.
