This is the Ritsumeikan University Student Union Central Administrative Office Globalization Promotion Office.
We’re looking for clubs/circles that would like to participate in the Autumn Welcome Festival 2023.
Autumn Welcome Festivalとは|What is the Autumn Welcome Festival?
Autumn Welcome Festivalは、秋学期入学生を対象としたブース形式の新歓企画です。各団体がブースにて秋入学者に対して自団体の活動について紹介し、勧誘することができます。
The Autumn Welcome Festival is a welcome event for new students, held in booth format. Each club/circle can introduce their activities to new students.
企画概要|Event Summary
実施日時：2023年9月26日（火）から9月29日（金）12:10～13:00、14:30～17:00
実施場所：衣笠キャンパス及び大阪いばらきキャンパス
実施形態：ブースにおける自団体の活動紹介及び勧誘、ビラ配り
Date and Time: September 26th (Tue.) ~ September 29th (Fri.) 2023 12:10～13:00、14:30～17:00
Place: Kinugasa Campus and OIC
Clubs/Circles can introduce their activities at booths and hand out flyers.
